Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of ready-to-drink beverages in New Zealand, including non-alcohol and alcohol beverages, energy drinks and coffee.

ECG was asked as independent facilitators and experts in engagement to hold workshops with staff on workplace Culture with reference to the CCEP Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) across Aotearoa.

Our engagement design created a safe environment where staff felt valued, heard, and empowered to share their thoughts, feelings, actions, and knowledge. We created a space built on trust and respect for participants to contribute meaningfully.

By demonstrating care, reciprocity, acknowledgment, and appreciation, ECG ensured that every voice was recognized and respected. This approach enabled a sense of belonging, and enhanced morale.

ECG as independents provided the flexibility to tailor engagement strategies to a diverse workforce from manufacturing, to management, with a multicultural and intergenerational flow ensuring culturally responsive and context-specific approaches that lead to more impactful recommendations.
