The Pacific Community (SPC)

In 2024, ECG worked with SPC to evaluate and improve their travel management systems. Visiting offices in Fiji and New Caledonia, we engaged stakeholders across the region to enhance operational efficiency and support SPC’s mission.

Coca-cola EuroPacific Partners New Zealand (CCEP)

We designed and facilitated staff workshop ‘listening sessions’ across New Zealand to gather an understanding of workplace culture. Our engagement, analysis and recommendations supported the feedback loop for CCEP Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) across Aotearoa.

University of Auckland Pacific Strategy

We collaborated with the University of Auckland, New Zealand’s top-ranked university, to co-design engagement for the first-ever Pacific strategy. This important milestone was achieved through meaningful engagement with staff and students.

Village

ECG proudly serves as the Network Provider for the Pacific Business Village, empowering Pacific businesses to thrive and achieve sustainable growth.
