Auckland, New Zealand – Elika Consulting Group (ECG) is proud to welcome Sina Gloria Ah Sam to the team, who brings with her a wealth of experience in international finance, economic development, compliance, and public sector governance. She will be a Research and Evaluation Consultant with a focus on policy and financial governance.
Sina was previously with the Samoa International Finance Authority (SIFA), where she worked in financial supervision, regulatory compliance, and international policy engagement. As part of the Compliance team, she led financial and compliance assessments, supervised financial institutions, and represented Samoa at global regulatory forums. Her knowledge in anti-money laundering (AML) and financial governance adds a different commercial string to ECG’s bow, which will enhance our service offering for clients.

Outside of work, Sina is passionate about her community and is heavily involved with youth mentoring, where she is a strong advocate for financial literacy and equitable access of services for all. Regarding her new role at ECG, Sina comments that, “As much as I’m looking forward to contributing to the great work that ECG does for their clients and the wider community, I’m also excited to learn a lot of new things within their high-performance environment”.
Sina has a BCom from the Victoria University of Wellington and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the University of Auckland, which she intends to complete at the end of 2025.
